Sincere Truth

There is nothing that we can do apart from Christ doing it through us and in us. We cannot even yield to Him apart from the knowledge of Christ revealed to us by His spirit. However we are still called to walk, yet not in accordance to our will, but in His and through works crafted by and for Him. We have a new nature which seeks to do the things of the Lord yet wars against the flesh which is perishing. Yet we have in Christ a way of escape, a way of victory over the desires of the flesh if we would only trust in Him as our source of life, that source of life which He desires to be for all of us.
